Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian performer and actress well-known for her performance in Tamil and Malayalam films. She made her acting debut with the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born into an Anglo-Indian Family in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Andrea Jeremiah's Father is a Lawyer at the Madras High Court. She is the younger sister of a researcher assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was brought up in Chennai. He was a student at National Public School. After the completion of his studies, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea began playing the piano classically in her 8th year. Young Stars was the Jackson Five band Andrea joined at 10 years old. It led to her first singing career as well as her first music composition. She also worked as an actor in the college. Andrea served as President of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea's professional career began with the Girishkarnad Nagamandala. The role she played in 2006's new leo Coffee advertisement included Shiva. She also acted as a character in Podhigai's serial. She has performed throughout India. She played a minor role in the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). When she sang a tune for Gautham Vasudev Menon's film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiya the director asked her to join in the role of a lead female character in his next project Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea was Kalyani who is a homewife whose husband has been involved in an affair. The character was allegedly threatened with a blackmail. Andrea was picked for the part following Simran and Tabu were two actors who were contacted by the producers. The film came out in early 2010 In 2011, she agreed to play a minor supporting role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha that was came out in August 2011. She made her Malayalam debut on film in Rajeeev Rathi's Annayum Rasoolum in 2013.
